To subscribe to backstage :: Alpha Shows, you have two choices:

You can subscribe to the RSS feed for all news and posts and pictures etc:

http://backstage.alphashows.com.au/feed/

Or you can subscribe to the iTunes podcast, which will contain all the videos, and will integrate with your iTunes account and download everything automatically etc as with any Podcast
